Introduction
Establishment: 1949 Just two years after the establishment of Pakistan, in 1900, the remaining predecessor Sheikh Hadith Maulana Muhammad Yousuf (رَحِمَهُ الله) planted this little sapling in the shade of the huts or the great educationist Maulana Abdullah Saleem (رَحِمَهُ الله) (died 1993) irrigated it with his blood and liver. It is only by the grace and mercy of Allah Almighty that this tree is shady today. Rather, it is a great center and evergreen garden of Hadith and Sunnah education and training, invitation and preaching, research and writing. Its spiritual and faith-based, invitation and educational fragrant winds have spread everywhere.
Prof. Dr. Ubaid Ur Rehman Mohsin – Principal & CEO
Prof. Dr. Ubaid Ur Rehman Mohsin is a distinguished Pakistani Islamic scholar, preacher, and academic leader, widely known for his dedication to Islamic education and contemporary dawah. He currently serves as the Principal of Darul Hadith-Al-Jamia-Tul-Kamalia, Rajowal Okara, where he plays a vital role in nurturing religious scholarship grounded in the Qur’an and Sunnah.
Also known as Shaykh Dr. Ubaid ur Rahman, he is deeply associated with traditional Islamic learning and has contributed scholarly insights on important educational works, including Muallim-ul-Quran. Alongside his academic responsibilities, he is actively engaged in dawah efforts through digital and social media platforms, reaching thousands of followers and promoting an authentic understanding of Islam.

Department of Nazra Quran
The Department of Nazra Quran operates thirteen structured classes across the main campus and affiliated branches. Under the supervision of certified Quran teachers, students are trained in accurate Quranic recitation, correct pronunciation, and foundational Tajweed, ensuring a strong and authentic beginning of their lifelong relationship with the Holy Quran.
Department of Hifz-ul-Quran
This department runs twelve dedicated Hifz-ul-Quran classes led by experienced Huffaz and qualified instructors. A disciplined memorization system, regular revision, and spiritual mentoring ensure accuracy and long-term retention. The department aims to preserve the Holy Quran through students who reflect knowledge, devotion, and Islamic character.
Department of Translation of the Quran
Seven specialized classes are conducted to teach authentic Quranic translation and understanding. Using reliable classical sources, students learn the meanings, context, and guidance of the Holy Quran, enabling them to apply its teachings responsibly in personal life, Dawah efforts, and further Islamic studies.
Department of Islamic Studies
The Islamic Studies Department offers a complete eight-year Dars-e-Nizami program taught by senior scholars. Core disciplines include Tafseer, Hadith, Fiqh, Usul, and Arabic sciences, concluding with Sahih Bukhari. Graduates are prepared to serve as scholars, teachers, and community leaders.
Islamia College Department
This department prepares students for Middle, Matric, FA, BS, and MA-level education through a structured academic system. Alongside modern subjects, strong emphasis is placed on Islamic ethics and discipline, producing graduates who are academically competent and morally grounded in Islamic values.
Tajweed Department
The Tajweed Department offers a one-year advanced course for Huffaz and Quran students. Under expert instructors, students master articulation points, Tajweed rules, and rhythmic recitation, ensuring their Quran recitation meets the highest standards of accuracy, beauty, and scholarly correctness.
Computer Lab
The Computer Lab provides structured training in basic computing, research tools, and digital Islamic resources. A permanent and well-organized institution in 4 (Four Kanal) serves girls and women exclusively. Short Courses Department
This department offers structured three-day and seven-day short courses for the general public.
